The purpose of the Coordinator is to provide specialized services directly supporting the CNS marketing team. This position encompasses a wide range of activities involving meeting planning skills, financial management, interactions with external vendors/suppliers, and other marketing departmental support.
Independently outlines, researches and completes special projects within the Marketing group
Supports department expense management, monitors expenditures for designated projects and prepares expense reports for manager(s) as appropriate
Prepares written documents, spreadsheets and presentations to support manager(s) and department
Supports team by making travel arrangements that include air travel, car rental and hotel
Facilitates external and internal communications by answering phones, posting overnight packages and distributing mail internally
Resolves problems in accordance with company policy and departmental procedures.
Efficiently manages and produces department meetings
Provides support to others in and outside the department as needed
Supports team organization by managing calendars for manager and department team members
Education required: High School Diploma
Education preferred: College Degree
Years of experience required: 3 years administrative support
Years of experience preferred: 5 years administrative support
Specific type of experience required:
Proficient with MS-Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
High level of customer service skills
Experience in support role for a major department or organization
Position will be filled commensurate with experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
